Property Tax Payments
Summer 2010 property tax bills will be mailed out the first week of July. Summer tax payments are due by September 14, 2010. Postmarks are not accepted.

Summer and winter 2009 taxes are now delinquent and have been turned over to the Ionia County Treasurer for collection. A 1 % penalty will be added each month they go unpaid. Please contact the Ionia County Treasurer office for payoff amounts - 616-527-5329.
If you owe Portland Township for Personal Property taxes, these taxes are always paid to the Township (your tax parcel number will start with either 34-140-898 or 34-140-900) . Please contact Leanne at 517-647-2075 for the payoff amount.
